MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE SCIENCE SOCIETY OF THAILAND UNDER THE PATRONAGE OF HIS MAJESTY THE KING

Dear Colleagues, Researchers, and Innovators,

It is with profound honor and keen anticipation that I extend a cordial invitation to all distinguished scholars, researchers, and scientific collaborators both within Thailand and across the international stage to participate in the 51st International Congress on Science, Technology, and Technology-based Innovation (STT51), held under the theme: "Collaboration Across Frontiers: From Cosmos and Quantum to Global Biodiversity," scheduled for November 11–13, 2025, at the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok.

This landmark congress is proudly convened by the Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King, in close collaborations with the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University and The Information Technology Foundation under the Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Together, we reaffirm our shared commitment to cultivating meaningful, interdisciplinary partnerships that transcend traditional academic and institutional boundaries.

What distinguishes this year's symposium is not only its intellectual breadth, but also the historical significance of its occasion. It is held in honor of the 70th Birthday Anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, whose unwavering dedication to science, education, and humanitarian advancement continues to serve as a guiding light to scholars and citizens. Simultaneously, we commemorate the "Golden Year of Friendship", marking 50 years of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the People's Republic of China with a moment of reflection, and a renewed impetus for scientific and cultural cooperations, and we celebrate 108 years since the founding of the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University.

In the world confronting complex, interwoven crises involving climate change, biodiversity loss, and rapid technological transformation, collaboration is no longer optional, but it is essential. When physicists, biologists, conservationists, industrial experts, and policymakers engage in authentic, cross-sector dialogue, new synergies, frameworks, and solutions emerge.

As the President of the Science Society of Thailand, I am deeply proud to represent initiatives that bridge disciplines, sectors, and nations. I am confident that this congress will not only elevate scientific dialogue but also strengthen the foundations of enduring international cooperation. I warmly encourage your participation in what promises to be an intellectually enriching and historically resonant gathering at STT51.

With deepest respect and in shared pursuit of knowledge,

Associate Professor Thanuttkhul Mongkolaussavarat, Ph.D.
The President of the Science Society of Thailand Under the Patronage of His Majesty the King
