WELCOME MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE 51ST INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNOLOGY–BASED INNOVATION (STT51)

It is with great pleasure and earnest anticipation that I extend a cordial invitation to esteemed scholars, researchers, and industry experts to participate in the 51st International Congress on Science, Technology, and Technology-based Innovation (STT51), to be held from November 11–13, 2025, at the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok.

This year's congress, convened under the theme "Collaboration Across Frontiers: From Cosmos and Quantum to Global Biodiversity," will bring together leading minds across scientific disciplines, technological domains, policy spheres, and industrial sectors. It is designed to serve as a fertile ground for cross-sector dialogue, interdisciplinary exchanges, and collaborative innovations.

The congress holds particular significance as it coincides with three auspicious occasions: the 70th Birthday Anniversary of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, whose enduring contributions to science, education, and humanitarian advancement continue to inspire; the Golden Year of Friendship, commemorating 50 years of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the People's Republic of China; and the celebration of the 108 years since the founding of the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University. These milestones imbue the congress with a spirit of celebration, reflection, and strengthened international engagement.

In an era defined by complex and interconnected global challenges in climate change, biodiversity loss, and the rapid evolution of technology, the imperative for interdisciplinary collaboration has never been more urgent and extremely important. STT51 aims to foster new synergies and frameworks by convening experts from quantum physics, molecular biology, conservation science, policy studies, and the private sectors, thereby bridging the divide between foundational research and practical application.

STT51 is greatly honored to have Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn as our Honorable Keynote Speaker. STT51 encompasses scientific sessions and symposia of a range of compelling themes, including science communication and science literacy.

We are pleased to announce that early bird registration is now open. Full details regarding abstract submission, program highlights, accommodation, and travel logistics are available on the official conference website.

I sincerely look forward to welcoming you to STT51, a gathering that promises to be both intellectually enriching and globally impactful.

With warmest regards,

Professor Suttichai Assabumrungrat, Ph.D.
